Flex Athletics is a program developed in conjunction with the Prairie South School Division, the Holy Trinity Catholic School Division and Gottselig Athletic Performance as a way for student athletes to develop their their talents during school hours. Students in the program receive full academic credit for training and allows them to pursue more opportunities in the evening for family, academics and much more.

Students in the Flex Program are able to obtain Strength & Conditioning at Gottselig Athletic Performance, sport specific training with the sport programming they privately choose and in class assessments under their respective school divisions.
​
Athletes in the program attend their respective training during school hours as Flex Athletics works with the school divisions to ensure the training fits into the students academic schedule.

How does the program work?
The Flex Program consists of four training blocks as per the graphic above. Students are placed in a block that fits their schedule.

There are 3 pathways to credit in the Flex Program as per graphic above.
Additionally, the student may work with their school on alternative credit earning opportunities.
How does the academic credit work?
Students enrolled in the Flex Program receive a full credit from their respective school for the program as a result of the GAP training requirement.
What sports are included?
There are multiple sports available via training at the Golden Ticket Centre included LAX, Basketball, Volleyball, Baseball and Fastball.

Additional sports may be pursued privately.
Why enroll in the Flex Program?
The Flex Program allows student athletes to replace their typical after school hours training with daytime training, all while receiving class credit.

This allows athletes to spend more after school time with friends, family, additional sport or other interests.
What is the cost of the Flex Program?
The cost is $420 per student per semester and covers all costs associated with training at GAP.
Costs associated with outside sport specific training are to be discussed with that provider.
How is the fee paid?
Payment can be made in a lump sum at the start of the semester or in four monthly installments. Payment can be made by cheque, e-transfer, or credit card.
